How to use the nose LLLT device?
1. Insert the USB into a power supply. (Note that the product does not contain adapters or power supplies).
2. You can directly start using nasal prongs by inserting them into the nose just enough so they don't fall out
3. Twice a day, morning and evening. The effect can be very good at thirty minutes each time if used consistently.

Red Light laser nasal light is a great product and it has helped with sinus and pressure behind the eyes. I would give it a 5 out of 5 but there could be more helpful information and also the timer is not clear on how long each of the 3 settings will run. It says don't run for more than 15 min but setting no 3 runs for a half hour? The proof is in the pudding though, and it certainly works.
