I can honestly say since sleeping on my new Earthing mat I'm sleeping more Soundly Longer and not waking up every few hours. I thought this sounded too good to be true but it's honestly as good as they say. Back pain has lessened. It's Amazing

Note* I purchased this a few weeks ago (Jan) and wanted to wait before reviewing.

My journey to purchasing this hydrogen water bottle started with following Gary Brecker who swears by them. I then looked at GroundedKiwi - because they are local and, I've already had fabulous service. I trust them. What sold me was the assurance over the product and quality. That if anything went wrong (with this expensive investment) then they would help.

First day getting - noticed increase in my hydration levels. By 1 week in - my skin was glowing, mental clarity increase. Reduced foggy brain. Now - at 4 weeks, I am ready to highly recommend this product. It has been live changing for me. I have chronic inflammation - multiple sclerosis. Upon starting with this, my symptoms have reduced dramatically. Whilst I have made some other tweaks to my lifestyle, I believe this water bottle is making a HUGE difference. I take it everywhere.
How I use it: morning upon waking, I fill it the night before and have it ready next to my bed. I wake and run the 3min cycle. Skull. Wait 30 mins. Then have coffee. Then I fill it again and run the 18min cycle. ready to start the day. Note I regularly intermittent fast.
Lunchtime - another 18min cycle
before dinner, 3min cycle.
after my evening walk or cycle 18min cycle.
So I'm having about 1.6 litres a day of hydrogen water and that works well for me.
We also invested in a top of the line water filtration system too. For maintenance, I've been running ultra distilled water through it (purchased at woolies) once every 6-7 days.
I love this bottle.
I also use the mister included multiple times a day to hydrate my face. Particularly great after a sauna.
Over the last few days, I used the nasal attachment. WOW. after my 90 min bike ride (e-bike) I used this and felt instantly energised!
If you are looking for a hydro water bottle. I highly recommend this. Watch out for the dodgy ones online, no warranty and you don't really know if it works.

Sleeping well and my kneck feels relaxed, first time for years.

This mat has made a world of difference to our lives. I cannot remember when last we had such a good night's sleep. We are waking up refreshed and ready for every day. The brain fog has lifted, the aches and pains are gone. Cannot begin to express how happy we are to have found Grounded Kiwi.

I’ve only had the single Sheet Earthing Matt and with an intense training schedule and solo mum timetable I’m amazed at how good I feel when I wake up. Much less aches and pains, body feels like it’s recovering quicker after training and it seems to be helping my toddler during a teething season. Really pleased and can not wait to invest in more!

I was a bit skeptical as a health professional but ordered one after seeing such positive reviews. I wanted to buy from a Kiwi company.
I suffered from burning feet and restless legs and tried every natural remedy with limited relief. In 5 nights of using it, Ive slept much better and only had mild symptoms on night 4.
Im hoping it will also ease my joint discomfort.

I spend the evening with my legs on the blanket before bed and since doing so I am sleeping so much more restfully. It works, highly recommend getting one, or two, or three..!

I have had bursitis in my shoulder, tendinitis in my elbows and lower back pain for a few years. Tried all the usuals (cortisone shots etc). I saw the earthing movie so thought I'd give it a shot. I've had the quilt for about a week and my pain has reduced dramatically and have more energy then I've had in a long time. I bought the small quilt to try it out and so I could move it easily and take on holiday with me. It's really the best money I've spent in a long time and intend to buy a big one for my bed and for other family members. Thanks ❤️

We bought the grounding mats for our whole family, my husband and myself, my daughter and her partner and our son. We are all getting better sleep and waking refreshed instead of tired. As a life long insomniac I wish I had discovered these a long time ago. I can actually fall asleep and stay asleep so I'm getting about 7 hours a night instead of my usual 2 to 3 hours.

Easy to put on your mattress and you don't know it's there. The lazy cats love it too since they have their morning and afternoon naps on the bed and their behaviour has improved towards each other.

After sleeping on top of my Underlay bed mat for a week my daughter swapped beds with me to try the mat out which I was happy to do and when I woke up next morning was met with returned pain in my hips I realised then that of course I hadn’t been sleeping on it overnight!! It clearly made a difference and I think I would want to get another mat for when I’m travelling and staying in hotels etc - was proof for me though.

Excellent company to deal with, quick, easy and fast delivery. Enjoying using my forks - what is interesting is my dog. . every time I get the forks out to start a treatment she comes over and sits next to me - so I have to give her a treatment too. So thats was an unexpected bonus to able to treat my animals and myself.

Was sceptical at first! but literally within 10 minutes I felt relaxed,, melted into my bed like never before and have had the deepest sleeps I have had in so long!!! highly recommend!!!’

I have used this mat fir 3 nights now and have noticed a reduction in swelling in my legs and a reduction of aches in my lower back. Very happy with this product so far.

I purchased the earthing pillow about a week ago determined to do anything I could for my poor sleep. My scepticism disappeared when I slept for 7 hours straight instead of having difficulty getting to and staying asleep for the past 10 years. Shift work and menopause screwed up my circadian rhythms. So I doubted there was anything that could help me, but I was wrong! Highly recommend this product, I now look forward to my sleep whereas before I had learnt to hate my bed.
