I've been using my mat for about 3 days now and have noticed the following. Deeper sleep with vivid dreams...a great reduction in leg ache and stiffness . Also I feel a slight sunburn sensation when lying on the mat suggesting that there is indeed something happening electrically.

I love this as I'm living in my van atm and couldn't use my pillow case or earthing mat, but with the earthing rod problem solved

Love my grounding mat.....I have a lot of old injuries from sports, car accidents and also rheumatoid arthritis. So this has been great that I have put my mat I under my sheet for bed and definitely have had better sleeping habits, that one day I will buy the mattress sleeping mat so my husband can also benefit from this too.
This mat will travel with me whenever I am not at home.

From the moment I put it on, I could tell it was doing exactly as proposed. I am sleeping far better, not to mention more energy during the day. The effects are noticeable, I have no desire to take it off, why would I? For anyone who may be skeptical; this isn't pseudoscience, if you feel it to be true, that it is :)

Really benefiting from my recently purchased grounding mat.
I thought I was a deep sleeper already, however, I'm waking up really refreshed, there's a definite difference.
Only one regret: I purchased the small Earthing mat, thinking I would save money. I would much prefer the larger one for full mattress coverage on my double bed.

Note* I purchased this a few weeks ago (Jan) and wanted to wait before reviewing.

My journey to purchasing this hydrogen water bottle started with following Gary Brecker who swears by them. I then looked at GroundedKiwi - because they are local and, I've already had fabulous service. I trust them. What sold me was the assurance over the product and quality. That if anything went wrong (with this expensive investment) then they would help.

First day getting - noticed increase in my hydration levels. By 1 week in - my skin was glowing, mental clarity increase. Reduced foggy brain. Now - at 4 weeks, I am ready to highly recommend this product. It has been live changing for me. I have chronic inflammation - multiple sclerosis. Upon starting with this, my symptoms have reduced dramatically. Whilst I have made some other tweaks to my lifestyle, I believe this water bottle is making a HUGE difference. I take it everywhere.
How I use it: morning upon waking, I fill it the night before and have it ready next to my bed. I wake and run the 3min cycle. Skull. Wait 30 mins. Then have coffee. Then I fill it again and run the 18min cycle. ready to start the day. Note I regularly intermittent fast.
Lunchtime - another 18min cycle
before dinner, 3min cycle.
after my evening walk or cycle 18min cycle.
So I'm having about 1.6 litres a day of hydrogen water and that works well for me.
We also invested in a top of the line water filtration system too. For maintenance, I've been running ultra distilled water through it (purchased at woolies) once every 6-7 days.
I love this bottle.
I also use the mister included multiple times a day to hydrate my face. Particularly great after a sauna.
Over the last few days, I used the nasal attachment. WOW. after my 90 min bike ride (e-bike) I used this and felt instantly energised!
If you are looking for a hydro water bottle. I highly recommend this. Watch out for the dodgy ones online, no warranty and you don't really know if it works.

Great product and fast delivery.
Was a bit sceptical too start with but have noticed a huge difference with my feet, ankles and hips.
Must be something too it if I am experiencing less pain.
Started off with some very strange tingling in my legs when using the mat. Eventually this went away and that's when I started noticing the benefits.
Just waiting for the small quilted mat to be back in stock and I will be grabbing one of those too.

This mat has made a world of difference to our lives. I cannot remember when last we had such a good night's sleep. We are waking up refreshed and ready for every day. The brain fog has lifted, the aches and pains are gone. Cannot begin to express how happy we are to have found Grounded Kiwi.

I’ve only had the single Sheet Earthing Matt and with an intense training schedule and solo mum timetable I’m amazed at how good I feel when I wake up. Much less aches and pains, body feels like it’s recovering quicker after training and it seems to be helping my toddler during a teething season. Really pleased and can not wait to invest in more!

I was a bit skeptical as a health professional but ordered one after seeing such positive reviews. I wanted to buy from a Kiwi company.
I suffered from burning feet and restless legs and tried every natural remedy with limited relief. In 5 nights of using it, Ive slept much better and only had mild symptoms on night 4.

I recently purchased an Earth Floor Mat. I have to say that I am overwhelmed with how wonderful it is. I have a very sensitive body and I like the gentle and steady impulses I receive.
