I originally purchased an earthing mat for my bed which I love, I brought this one to use at work, on holiday and for my cats aswell, love it!

Have used for two nights as only recently put on bed,
I sleep well usually but have felt an extra level of deeper restorative like sleep & more dreams.

I purchased the the grey cotton pillow case first. I love the natural feel of the fabric. I was a restless sleeper, waking several times during the night and able to go back into a deep sleep. I often woke up with a headache. It took a little time, but my sleep slowly improved, and by the 3rd or 4th week of using the pillow case I was falling quickly into a deep sleep, and waking in the morning headache free.
When the black pillow case came on sale I decided to try that as well, and same result. Natural, deep sleep and waking refreshed. I hadn't experienced that in years. Even my usual aches and pains are reduced, and this seems to be improving as time goes on. This may not work for everyone, but it has made a huge difference to my quality of sleep, and now I wake ready to take on the day.
I am so pleased with the positive results from the bed mat & pillow cover. It took a few nights for my body to adjust, but I'm now sleeping better, feel more energized & have less back & leg pain. I have only been using my grounding mat for four nights and already it is showing promise.The first night I was a bit nervous of using it, (I have CFS)wondering what would happen, but the last 3 nights I have been going to sleep quicker and sleeping more deeply. Arthritis in hip has slightly diminished and I'm hoping for more improvements as time goes on.🙂

I have a small earthing mat that I already use each day, but the pillowcase is such an easy way to help ground.
I've found i have less inflammation, i sleep better and I seem to have a bit more energy.

I'm loving this light weight protective shawl. I feel better within myself wearing it and I get loads of lovely comments whilst wearing it. I wear it mostly when I go into town and Hornby. I have a Trifield meter and it screams at me when a 5G tower is nearby and it screams a lot! Christchurch is prolific with cell tower radiation, I was shocked. I also wear my protective bucket hat I bought from here too for my brain protection, no more foggy brain, for me anyway lol. Hard to explain but I feel better when I'm in town with my shawl and hat on. Hope this helps anyone thinking of getting emf protection for your body and head. You can sense a slight comfortable change, so relaxed when trying this. Can honestly say my sleeping, which has been a very longterm issue, has improved. Our council just complied with fluoridation of the water which was an opportunity to look at our water more closely. Product information says the filter doesn't remove all fluoride but we're extremely happy with this filter. Firstly,...so easy to connect. There was an instant change in the quality of the water, firstly, it felt lighter then I noticed the smell & taste of chemical seemed to have gone. We've used for approximately 6 weeks now & are so thankful for the obvious health benefits to skin & hair. We've noticed less hair fall & superb softness to the hair even when not using conditioner much like when you've bathed in a river. No hard coating on the hair after washing. My daughter's skin has cleared from psoriasis & I can now minimize using any after shower moisturizer. We also only drink filtered water so no doubt internally this helps. I've started watering my plants from the shower filter water & they're responding well too. Cannot say enough with this change for me & my family.
