LLLT stands for Low-Level Light Therapy. It is also sometimes referred to as photobiomodulation therapy or red light therapy. LLLT involves using specific wavelengths of light.
This therapy has been getting much more recognition in modern times, and we encourage you to do your own research.
How to use ear/nose accessories?
1. Insert the USB into a power supply. (Note that the product does not contain adapters or power supplies).
2. You can directly start using earbuds
3. Twice a day, morning and evening. The effect can be very good at thirty minutes each time if used consistently.

I have bought 2 sets of these - one for my mum who has Tinnitus and one for my daughter who has Meniere's disease. One set has unfortunately developed a problem, and I have been in touch with Grounded Kiwi who have asked that I return them for repair\replacement.
Both found them extremely helpful with the noise in their ears.

Red Light laser nasal light is a great product and it has helped with sinus and pressure behind the eyes. I would give it a 5 out of 5 but there could be more helpful information and also the timer is not clear on how long each of the 3 settings will run. It says don't run for more than 15 min but setting no 3 runs for a half hour? The proof is in the pudding though, and it certainly works.
