It's very soft and feels natural. However, I should have looked at the dimensions but the word "blanket" made me think it was blanket size. It should say "mini-blanket" as it's definitely not blanket size, not even the size of a knee blanket really. I throw it around my next as a sort of scarf while I work at my computer.

I think it's helping but I have so many health issues that it may take a while to feel the benefits but will be slow going. Thankyou ☺️🙏
