From the first night I noticed increased flexibility and less pain in my neck and shoulder areas in the mornings. Sooo pleased π
First few nights I slept well but felt a little off in the day, next few nights really vivid dreams and now sleep like a champion!!

After having sleep problems for years, I now sleep past 4.30am. If I do wake at night I go back to sleep which I seldom did before. I now sleep to 7.30 which is amazing.

I love this necklace ... it's a striking piece that not only looks cool but packs a punch when it comes to warding off EMF nasties. I wasn't skeptical about the benefits of earthing products as such, as I am fully aware of the damage that EMF causes, but I wasn't quite prepared for how good the products are. I bought two desk pads - one for my desk, and one to rest my feet on whilst I am working at my desk (the floor mat had sold out, hence why I bought the two). For the past year or so, I have been getting extremely sore shoulders, stiff neck, headache and stiffness + tension in my arms whilst working; I haven't had anything like that at all since using the desk mats. I'm in complete awe at how effective they are.

I was very skeptical about this product and wondered how genuine the reviews were. Discovered my friend had one and allowed me to use it for 2 weeks. What a difference to all my little twinges. It doesn't seem to help me get to sleep (always been a problem) but do have an amazing deep sleep. Totally recommend π

We received our king sized earthing mat promptly . It came two days after ordering. We were very impressed with the service .
Our first night sleeping on it was incredible. My husband usually gets up 3-4 times a night. I usually have trouble getting to sleep and get up at least once a night. We both slept a full 8 hours without getting up. We jumped out of bed feeling rested alert and ready to face our day. Our heart rate variability readiness readings were the highest they have ever been. This showed us that our stress levels were extremely low.
We are both very happy with our purchase . We have been considering buying an earthing mat for sometime.
We have tried a sheet with silver running through it . This had very little effect.
We strongly suggest the earthing mat to anyone that is wanting to improve their
health, well being, low stress and high energy.

Very happy with the socks. I leave them plugged in so the domes donβt pull out of sock threads. I noticed my feet tingling after 15 mins. I think they are working but probably too soon to tell.

I've been using my mat for about 3 days now and have noticed the following. Deeper sleep with vivid dreams...a great reduction in leg ache and stiffness . Also I feel a slight sunburn sensation when lying on the mat suggesting that there is indeed something happening electrically.
