Didn't expect the order to arrive so quickly. Have used this product before and then for some reason decided to try without, dry skin, hair like a thatched roof and smelly water☹️. This adapter really does make a difference, easy to install, did have a few leaky bits but plumbers tape sorted it out. Thank you

I purchased the earthing pillow about a week ago determined to do anything I could for my poor sleep. My scepticism disappeared when I slept for 7 hours straight instead of having difficulty getting to and staying asleep for the past 10 years. Shift work and menopause screwed up my circadian rhythms. Wow! What a surprise I got when the first night I slept on the Grounding mat and pillow case I slept through the night ! That’s been repeated all week. I admit, I am a bit of skeptic at first. I was thinking that this is just a hype.
i have been having difficulty with sleeping right thru due to menopause. I would take some sleep aids but even this is not a guarantee.
I noted that with getting the grounding pillowcase, my sleep is getting better. I slept right thru. I will still get up and use the toilet but I can sleep back again. I feel more rested now. this is a good buy for me. 👍🏽

I’ve been using a single grounding mat for over two weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. On the first night, I slept a solid 9 hours—something I haven’t done in years! Since then, my sleep has varied a bit but consistently averages 7 hours, compared to the 6 hours I was getting before. I also find it much easier to fall back asleep if I wake up during the night, which was a struggle before. I haven’t noticed changes in pain or inflammation yet, but I’ll keep monitoring. So far, very impressed!

As I'm unable to know for sure that I'm protected from EMF frequency, my phone wears the protection and I trust it helps protect me 🙂
