We are a family run business based in New Plymouth, Taranaki. After learning what Earthing / Grounding was and the health and well-being we decided to experience the benefits for ourselves. Any request for replacement or refund must include proof of purchase and for the item to be returned to us for inspection. If we decide a refund is appropriate this will exclude shipping fees unless due to manufacturers fault.
